Week 2 Recap!

Hey guys great job this week the points are awesome!

This has been a lot of fun for me, hard but fun! However I have realized how much I ate sugar! And now after not eating it really for two weeks, yesterday on my free day I didn't even want it! I have not been craving things as much as I thought I would which is really nice! Sugar really isn't something that I even want! How crazy it that!

It is still very hard for me to get motivated to work out however after I do it I feel so much better! So that is what helps me to get motivated! I am also working on walking/running in the river run for orphans this year so that is also helping me get motivated! :) I am so happy that I am doing this challenge and that all of you are doing it as well!
