
Okay so just an idea or a thought! Not eating after 8:30 is hard that is for sure so I thought I would share something that has helped me. I normally carry a travel tooth brush and tooth paste in my purse so weather I am out and about or at home when 8:30 hits I go and brush my teeth. The reason being is because once I brush, and floss for the night the last thing I want to do is do it all over again. So it helps me not eat! :) Just a thought for those of you who eating after 8:30 is a struggle! :)
I set me phone alarm to remind me not to eat. That has helped.
