Learned: that I can lose weight... I always knew I could but would always talk myself out of even trying. I also learned that it does not take a drastic life change to be healthy... just some little changes.
Gained: some new and better habits, and I new perspective on what is going in my month. I have also gained some loser fitting cloths.
Lost: 10+ pounds.
Hopefully... and the goal is... to not just stop doing all this things because the challenge is over... I want to make this the new norm on the exception... we will see how that goes.
